Job Description

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Web Developer for the RUCDR Infinite Biologics.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:
* Provides user support, customer service and development support to the users and developers of the RUCDR STARLIMS Laboratory Management System (LIMS).
* Works independently on projects of some complexity or under supervision on larger, more complex applications.
* Provides helpdesk support to internal and external RUCDR STARLIMS system users by analyzing and diagnosing issues and determining and initiating resolution of the production problems quickly and effectively.
* Assists in providing production support for 5 RUCDR and Genetics databases, multiple web sites and applications. Participates in the modification and enhancements to the existing applications and Web sites and development the new applications when required.
