Business Need / Purpose of Role

Full Stack Web Developers will be responsible for creating and maintaining various web applications & microservices related to our Smart Factory initiative.

Objectives & Measurement - Key Responsibilities

* Create and maintain web applications & microservices related to our Smart Factory initiative
* Design responsive web applications
* Develop wireframes and associated architecture
* Create and maintain application security and development policies using automated tools and/or integrated pipelines (CI/CD)
* Develop and administer training for peers and colleagues on new systems capability and processes
* Define and/or write Scopes of Work for 3rd party vendors to create custom software needs
* Use knowledge of Scrum/Agile and advanced problem solving

Measurements:

* Consistent approval of proposed projects by leadership
* Completion of projects successfully, meeting all pre-defined performance, cost and timing criteria

Development skills and related technologies:

* MongoDb
* Express
* React
* Complete understanding of both state and props
* Experience with state management using Redux
* js/JavaScript (ES6)
* Experience with TypeScript is preferred.
* CSS
* SQL Databases

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

SQL, .NET, C#, JavaScript, Basic Networking Fundamentals, SolidWorks, ACAD, ERP, Microsoft Office
