About the Web Developer role

* Work closely with cross-platform team to provide a great experience to our users and investors.
* Full stack engineer: comfortable wearing the frontend engineer and sometimes the backend engineer hat
* Create and maintain email templates in HTML/CSS that are responsive across device type and browser
* Collaborate with Marketing and Design on building and maintaining our Wordpress website to showcase and strengthen Life360's brand
* Build tooling that our marketing and product team will use every day to help make their job easier
* You will help the rest of the company with your javascript/css/html expertize when needed

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in Javascript/HTML/CSS.

You're that someone with these relevant skills:

* Strong knowledge in building custom Wordpress themes/plugins and admin tools
* 5+ years experience building and debugging JavaScript and CSS issues
* 5+ years expertise in building complex, responsive layouts with CSS and HTML
* Experience operating and deploying front-end applications
* Ability to work in a cross-functional team
* Ability to translate sketch designs into code
* Basic command line experience
* Proficient using GIT
* Photoshop knowledge is a plus but not required

Successful candidates will have:

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
* Strong attention to detail
* Professional that understands the importance of craftsmanship and incremental delivery
* Comfortable with the uncertainty of working with new technologies
* Strong and clear communicator that can listen to their team as well as clearly articulate their ideas
* A sense of humor and the ability to not take yourself too seriously
* Experience with ReactJS is nice to have but not required
* A keen sense of design, you know when that button color just looks out of place and you fix it
* Agile software development experience
