What you'll do:

NICE-Mattersight's Austin office is our software engineering hub. We foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork that you can contribute to and grow from. All teams enhance our micro-services architecture culminating in the core of our ground-breaking Capture and Analytics product suite. Whether the feature is handling of event stream data, finding insights in Big Data, understanding low-level OS behavior, mastering cross browser UI and media support, or understanding Continuous Delivery, NICE-Mattersight has opportunities.

For this position in particular, the successful candidate will perform design, development, sustaining engineering, UI implementation, and testing tasks within the Analytic Portal application - leveraging JavaScript, PHP and SQL. Much of what you build will be used daily, by thousands of end-users in diverse enterprise settings.

What experience you definitely have:

* 2+ years of strong Object Oriented design and programming skills
* PHP 7
* Microsoft SQL and T-SQL
* JavaScript/JQuery
* HTML5 and related media elements
* CSS
* Hypermedia RESTful strategies
