We are seeking a passionate Web developer. You'll get to work on a team conducting research and development granting you with the freedom to explore new technologies and capabilities to truly push the limits of some of the most cutting edge software within the company. This will provide you with an unparalleled opportunity to grow and advance. You'll have the opportunity to jump right into an existing Open Source baseline written in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Cesium, and OpenLayers. This list is just a starting point though and you'll have the freedom to introduce new technologies and capabilities in order to the push the boundaries of what we can do! You can expect to work with highly motivated teammates that will support and push you, and will expect reciprocal action on your part.

What You'll Get to Do:

As our Web Developer you will have the opportunity to:

* Research, design, and develop web tools using industry proven design patterns and leveraging open source products when possible.
* Staying educated on current technology trends is strongly encouraged to be able to provide new and innovative solutions as a recognized subject matter expert to our team and customer advocates.
* Software development problems faced are difficult and often complex.
* Involved in all stages of the application life-cycle to include systems engineering and requirement analysis, technical design, system integration, implementation, and deployment.
* Supports management teams in defining the technical vision of the program.
* Effectively communicate within an agile team to execute established development processes and tasks which is paramount to yours and the team's success.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Clearance:

* There is no clearance requirement to begin employment other than US Citizenship. As a requirement of continued employment you will be required to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.

Education:

* Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience

Experience:

* A minimum 3 years of related work experience.

Required Skills:

* Must be able to successfully complete our clearance sponsorship program to obtain an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (US Citizenship required)
* Strong JavaScript skills
* Strong understanding of Linux environments
* Familiarity with Agile Software Development process and methodologies
* Experience designing User Interfaces and User Experiences (UI / UX)
* Excellent technical acumen
* Highly self-directed and motivated.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

* Familiarity with GIT source control
* Familiarity with Angular, Bootstrap, Cesium, and OpenLayers.
* Familiarity with ElasticSearch
* Docker/Kubernetes
