Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic IT professional to help us enhance, support and maintain an existing suite of enterprise-wide web applications. You and other members of the team will work together with internal customers to ensure success in their business processes. As a web developer …

* You will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining applications which implement enterprise Quality processes and procedures (e.g. Risk Management, Public Release).
* You will provide direct support to our internal customers.


* You will design innovative solutions using web development technologies, participate actively in analysis and design reviews, and implement solutions to technical issues


* You are willing to work occasional weekend and other after hours work to meet critical project/work-related business needs.
* You are a US Citizen.

We are looking for someone who has. . .

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent professional work experience.
* A strong motivation to identify and pursue implementation of highly innovative solutions.


* Ability to exercise control over multiple priorities and assemble a plan to balance multiple tasks with high attention to details.


* Proficiency in custom web development technology, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.


* A good understanding of SQL and databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.


* A breadth of skills that provide you capability to work independently as well as being effective within a multi-disciplinary team.


* Great interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication capabilities



You'll go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you have …

* 1-2 years of related professional experience.
* Knowledge of or experience with the full software development process and modern software engineering practices.
* Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative development processes.
* Experience with ColdFusion, AJAX, .NET, PHP, and other web-related technologies.
* Strong SQL skills.
* Familiarity with web development programs such as Eclipse.
* Familiarity with test and configuration management tools such as Git and SVN.
* Familiarity with Linux/Unix environment management.
