Overview

The Web Designer & Developer /Production Specialist will be a key member of the Global Demand Generation (DG) team for Bio-Rad Laboratories. The role will be responsible for designing and developing web assets (emails, landing pages, webinars, events, etc.) and creating the programming and deployment logic for marketing automation programs within the Marketo platform. The position will work closely with senior team members in producing digital marketing programs that adhere to Bio-Rad branding and template guidelines. The role will require independent management of projects and the ability to communicate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

* Design and develop HTML-based emails, landing pages, forms and other digital assets and multimedia functionalities, within the Marketo platform.
* Build Marketo programs using basic programming logic (if, then, and, or) for deploying, scoring, tracking.
* Troubleshooting and QA/QC: Thoroughly test campaigns and program builds.
* Work closely/collaborate with all Global Demand Generation members and communicate effectively with other campaign stakeholders

Qualifications

* Strong understanding of web design UI and UX
* Experienced in HTML, CSS, and the Adobe Design Suite (JavaScript and jQuery a plus)
* A positive attitude, initiative and good problem-solving skills
* Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with team members
* Minimum 3 years experience in web design and/or front-end development
* Online portfolio required
* Marketing automation experience. Marketo a big plus.
* Bachelors Degree, preferably in Web Design or Development, or equivalent work/educational experience
