We were recently awarded the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contract. We are providing knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 JSF Virtual Enterprise (JVE) network in support of the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO). Our services include program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, implementation of emerging capabilities and requirements, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support and IT training.

GDIT currently has an opening for a Web Designer.

This individual serves as a strategic communications professional within the JPO to leverage multimedia communications products to augment the Strategic Communications Cell executed under the F-35 JPO Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This individual will have access to all portions of the external F-35 JPO website (www.jsf.mil) and internal website (JPO intranet homepage/CSO SharePoint) in order to manage, update and troubleshoot the sites. Updates to the internal/external websites will be coordinated through this individual to include CSO SharePoint, external website (jsf.mil) maintenance, data archiving and tagging. Managed sections will specifically include: Top News and Photos, Image/Video Galleries, News Releases, Leadership Features, Program Features and other website content provided by the Strategic Communications Cell. The Joint Program Office will have multiple users (OCIO) on the backend with a variety of access levels, however this individual will be part of the Strategic Communications Cell Response Management Team (RMT) and will report to the CSO and RMT.

This individual will also provide monthly metrics on external F-35 JPO website traffic, and coordinate these metrics to validate positive return on investment of communication efforts with the RMT Response Squad Communications Analyst.

This individual will also be the primary liaison to the F-35 JPO CIO team to ensure all tools (e.g. Sharepoint, DM, the external website, etc) have maximum functionality and applicability for the CSO team, the F-35 Executive Leadership team, and supporting the wider F-35 JPO workforce.

Education BA/BS degree in Mass Communication, Video/Film Production, Photography, or related audiovisual field. Qualifications

* Four (4) years of graphic design experience in a related field. Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Studio, PC and Mac operating systems, photojournalism techniques, cinematography, digital video file conversion, graphic design and still photography.
* Minimum of three (3) years of directly applicable experience in producing audio and visual aids in support of program briefs and user interface requirements.
* Minimum of three (3) years of directly applicable experience as a videographer and photographer.
* Security Clearance: Secret clearance.
