The Wix Agency team. We're focused on creating and cultivating relationships with agencies all over the country, demonstrating that Wix is the best fit for them and their clientele, and broadening our reach in the marketplace.

We are looking for a Web Design Training Expert who will be involved with the development and planning of on-boarding and training programs for the agencies that use Wix, demonstrating our capabilities and providing ongoing design support.

You are:

An experienced web-designer with 3 years spent in online design and the web. You live and breathe design, and you're passionate about training and working with customers. You're Wix savvy, super-comfortable working with customers and you're an excellent communicator. You're also more than capable of collaborating with team members to deliver stunning results and demonstrate our platform's capabilities.

Bonus points if you are already a designated Wix Expert.

As a Web Design Training Expert, you will:

* Participate in the development and planning of on-boarding and training programs for the agencies that use Wix as a website creation platform.
* Train and onboard Wix agencies and experts, passing along knowledge and expertise in web design and the Wix platform.
* Demonstrate Wix's capabilities as a website creation platform to potential agencies.
* Come up with creative design alternatives to overcome technical challenges on the Wix platform.
* Work alongside the Customer Success Manager as a professional representative of Wix.
* Act as the Product Management ambassador, communicating customer feedback and product challenges to relevant Product Managers.
