Job Description

Responsible for the overall appearance and function of websites. Provides for the delivery of content and message on website, Mobile applications, Interactive Media and e-Mail efforts in execution of the company's digital strategy

Provides technical consultation, planning and administration of the software infrastructure and technical support for the implementation and maintenance of company's digital efforts. Leads the building, deployment and maintenance of web pages/digital interfaces/applications. May plan, develop and implement site architecture. Works with management to set standards and practices for the function.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a thought leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 12 years of related experience in the technology industry preferred, preferably software industry. Experience should include relationship management as well as strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, including CSS, Javascript, Microsoft Office, responsive web design, understanding of corporate design and corporate culture. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.

The primary responsibilities (Senior Art Director) include creation and delivery of digital assets, marcom communications, sponsorship promotional materials, onsite graphics, structures and experiences, speaker support, giveaways, and post event communications. This position requires interaction and management of outside vendors and event partners as it pertains to the creative deliverables.

Senior Art Director should feel comfortable being self-driven, as well as, working within a team environment.Discretionary judgment to provide creative solutions and making creative decisions which would meet budgetary and deadline driven criteria.

This position requires 10-12 years of relative experience in the design and communications field, experience in production of events is not required but highly recommended. Should be skilled in working within the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Projects require the ability to execute from ideation through to production across various deliverables while also providing solutions which align with budgets and deadlines.
