JOB DESCRIPTION

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is looking for a Web Content Coordinator for the PBTeen brand. This role will lead the preparation and organization of digital assets for the pbteen.com website.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Maintain complex web content management systems
* Organize, maintain, and archive digital assets in preparation for weekly and seasonal launches
* Crop, color-correct, and alter photo files in Photoshop as needed
* Support copyrights and licensing approval process for product pages
* Support product personalization process with web teams and vendors
* Support image delivery of product images to support Marketing and Public Relations teams
* Work effectively and efficiently with the creative teams and cross-functional partners
* Work and collaborate with our family of brands, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Williams Sonoma, WS Home, West Elm, Rejuvenation and Mark and Graham
* Maintain cross-functional and cross-brand workflow processes and standards
* Participate in weekly and seasonal site testing
* Continually drive and evolve Pottery Barn Teen brand standards for product pages

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We're excited about you because...

* You have a 4 year bachelor's degree
* 2-3 years of related work experience
* You are highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop
* You're experienced with web-based Content Management systems
* You're highly proficient in Mac OSX (connecting to servers, organizing files, and sharing documents)
* You are experienced working cross-functionally across many teams and departments
* You're proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, most importantly Excel
* You have strong verbal and written communication skills
* You have strong organization skills; must be highly detail-oriented
* You have strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
