Responsibilities

Be part of the team that is building and refining our digital banking experiences while making a significant positive impact for the company and our customers.

* Lead a team of developers and testers through an Agile and DevOps process that includes continuous integration, testing, and delivery
* Architect, develop, and maintain full stack .NET, .NET 2 Core and Angular 2+ on-premise and cloud web applications
* Provide leadership, technical guidance, and best practices to the solution design process and to other team members
* Focus on scalability, maintainability, testability, security, and performance
* Work with peers in other internal CIT teams to architect and implement required solutions

Qualifications

General

* Proven team leadership experience and results
* Extensive hands-on experience building a consumer-grade web application in an Agile-based team environment
* Fintech experience including security and fraud detection/prevention, preferred
* Four-year degree or equivalent plus 10 years of relevant experience
* Excellence in a multiple skills and technologies
* Strong analytical skills
* Effective oral and written communication skills while interfacing with internal peers, other managers, and senior management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
* Willingness to learn and grow

Front End Development

* Experience using JavaScript client frameworks, especially Angular 2+
* Experience using responsive front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and Angular Flex-Layout
* Extensive experience with ASP.NET MVC and some experience with ASP.NET Core/Core 2

Middle Tier Development

* Extensive experience with C#
* Extensive experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP) such as WebAPI and WCF
* Experience with API gateways

Database Development

* Extensive experience with ORM Solutions such as Entity Framework
* Extensive experience with SQL and SQL Server
* Some experience with Microsoft SSIS and SSRS

ALM Tools

* Experience with ALM Tools such as Microsoft TFS and Git
