Job Description

 

BounceX is hiring a VP of Product who will take a vision and transform it into viable technology, communicating plans and processes across departments to effectively develop and grow BounceX product offerings. You’ll bring your experience developing strategic solutions and managing high-performing teams to this new role, and will hit the ground running to update current processes that will help BounceX in the long run. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone eager to make a direct impact at a fast-growing, innovative startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing, scaling, and directing the product team
  • Keep BounceX up-to-date on the progress, accomplishments, and challenges of the product team and the roadmaps of current and future projects
  • Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to design and develop products
  • Be responsible for guiding products from initial development all the way through a go to market execution
  • Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives between product groups
  • Lead cross-functional efforts spanning across multiple internal teams
  • Understand customers, markets, and competitors in the region and ensure that category leaders understand regional nuances and differences

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute strategic initiatives to advance and drive the product direction and vision
  • Proactive sense of urgency with an ability to anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of clients
  • 5+ years of experience managing and building out teams
  • Exceptional critical thinker, effective communicator and influencer across business and technology functions
  • Relationship driven leader, organized, and focused
  • Expert in product management best practices including techniques for identifying customer needs, hypothesis-driven roadmap, AB testing, and data analysis
  • Expert of the different disciplines of Products at a mid-sized company
