This role is a key member of Publicis Groupe's global Data Privacy Governance team, and will make a direct impact on the Groupe's data privacy programs and policies.

Essential Functions:

* Supports development, implementation, management and administration of the Global Data Privacy Program for Publicis Media (PM) alongside Publicis Media Data Privacy Program Lead
* Serves as one of Publicis Media's subject matter experts on data privacy matters, with an emphasis on EU protection law and regulations, CCPA
* Develops, implements and delivers privacy and data protection communications alongside PM Data Privacy Program Lead
* Prepares and assists with presenting clear, accurate and timely reports on privacy and data protection risks, risk mitigation measures, and compliance activities for key stakeholders and senior management
* Provides leadership and strategic guidance to Product/System owners in the design and evaluation of privacy and data protection related tools and projects (e.g., privacy-by-design).
* Collaborates with Information Security/Global Security Office to ensure alignment between Cyber Security and Data Privacy Protection practices
* Oversees conduct of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), and provides support for such assessments
* Manages the collection, analysis, and reporting of data privacy program data and metrics for continuous process improvement
* Participates in client meetings for questions related to data privacy protection
* Partners with vendor contract management teams to ensure contractual obligations are met by vendors in accordance with data privacy laws
* Informed on the evolving privacy regulatory landscape and (a) recognize the potential impact on Publicis Media; and (b) understand the impact on the team's current operations, processes and tools and ensure projects and tasks are initiated to reflect or leap-frog the changing landscape
* Create a team of Data Privacy professionals within Publicis Media to support all data privacy functions outlined by Publicis Media's Data Privacy Program Lead
* Supports markets with data privacy tasks through communications and ongoing meetings
