* Seeking a qualified individual with 3-4 years business experience to join the FICC E-trading team to develop innovative data-driven tools for the trading businesses
* Candidate will partner with traders to identify, clean, and analyze large data sets to produce actionable business intelligence, including areas of market share, client behavior, market movements
* Candidate must possess a clear understanding of Fixed Income trading dynamics for at least 1-2 asset classes (preferably across both bonds and derivatives) and be a self-starter to learn about new markets
* Candidate should possess strong technical skills and passion and work well with technology, quant, trading, and sales professionals
* Candidate must be proficient in many aspects of the data life cycle, including ingestion, cleansing, joining, and visualizing
* Understanding of FICC electronic trading platforms and protocols is preferred

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* Strong communications skills (both verbal and written)
* Ability to build strong rapport with key stakeholders
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills are required
* Takes initiative and demonstrates intellectual curiosity
