Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SalesForce/Veeva Consultant to work in NY/NJ area. Candidate will working with a leading pharma company working as Vault Support Lead and handling client calls.

Individual Operational Skills needed:

Participate in all the re view meetings with other vendors

Participate in all release plans, where needed

Responsible for delivering deliverables on time with expected quality

Responsible for the resolution of critical/high priority issues/problems reporting for Vault Application

Carry out root cause analysis and troubleshoot the issues

Configuration of Veeva Vault Application including workflow changes

Qualifications:

Experience working in IT for 15 plus years

Should have 12 years plus of experience working as an Administrator.

Experience working with Veeva for 3 plus years.

Experience working as a Veeva Administrator is required.

Previous experience working as a Database Administrator is required.

Have experience working in Pharma and Financial sectors.

Should be Veeva Vault Certified and Veeva CRM Certified.
