Job Overview:

Have you served as an information architect and have a background in product design? We're looking for a collaborative, creative problem-solver to join our Product Design team as an User Experience (UX) Architect II, where you'll be responsible for initiating early concept work that influences our product roadmap and ensures a best-in-class customer experience. In this role, you'll create wireframes, workflows, prototypes and other artifacts to communicate and document designs. If you're innovative, persuasive and have a background in human computer interaction, information architecture, and usability, this could be the perfect job for you! Responsibilities:

Design interaction for innovative/large/critical features

* Explore and design early product concepts working closely with stakeholders


* Contribute to the design and build wireframes, interactive prototypes and mockups that engage C-level stakeholders


* Contribute to the UX roadmap and contribute to aspects of the business to ensure products maintain a best-to-market experience


* Research emerging UX trends, lead decisions, and incorporate into feature design


* Contribute to, and in some cases deliver, presentations articulating vision, findings, and approach to all stakeholders in group settings


* Work closely with the development teams to figure out the best solution to any UI problem


* Evolve our understanding of great user experiences and how it applies to the enterprise world;


* Coach other people in usability principles and practices;


* Review and influence all product features


* Collaborate closely with teams to ensure the vision becomes reality


* Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies



Qualifications:

* 2 + years of overall software/UX architect experience, preferably in business-facing Saas Applications


* Track record of user experience achievements


* Ability to deliver products in scalable UI design and development


* Expert in applying web-based technologies including CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Responsive design


* Visual and User-centered Design experience is a plus


* Experience in Prototyping is a plus


* Responsive design experience is a plus


* Able to both conceive the big picture and focus on specific UI details


* Innovative - self-motivated, able to research new concepts independently


* Persuasive - able to convince stakeholders of UX value and find win-win solutions


* Experience with designing and developing Responsive / Mobile solutions is a plus


* Knowledge of appropriate design tools


* Agile, Lean, Kanban, Iterative software development and delivery experience preferred



Education/Certifications/Licenses Required

* Bachelor's degree Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Computer Science or related field
