SAIC has a job opportunity for a Sr Program Analyst to support a US Marine Corps customer in Charleston, SC.

The Sr Program Analyst will be responsible for assisting project officer identify and develop appropriate acquisition documentation to meet milestone requirements. The Sr Program Analyst will be responsible for developing and presenting briefs to project team and other project stakeholders as required.

Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract.

Qualifications

BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, plus six (6) years or more of related experience. PMP desired

Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense 5000 and project applicable Marine Corps Systems Command acquisition policies and protocols for Category II - IV projects.

Recent experience as member of Marine Corps Project team preferred.
