Job Description

Flutter is a mobile app SDK that helps developers and designers build beautiful, modern mobile apps for iOS and Android. Flutter is also firmly in the hands of the development community, and is being used by developers, many of whom contribute back to the project and advocate on its behalf.

The Developer Relations team, collaborates and connects with the communities that love technology as much as we do. As a Developer Advocate, you will present to, and collaborate with, developers at conferences and online, create technical content (both narrative and code) to share with the community, work closely with community and industry leaders to evolve technology, and advocate for developers interests internally at Google.

Part technical ambassador and part software engineer, you will produce technical content about Flutter to better educate and inform the development community, including writing blog posts, video scripts, and code samples. You will create engaging material for talks and sessions at conferences and events worldwide, being a public voice for Flutter. You will create entertaining technical video content for Flutter and interact with Flutter's community and industry leaders, eliciting feedback to help evolve Flutter. Additionally, you will work closely with Flutter's Product Management and Engineering teams to provide developer context and help shape the future direction of Flutter.
