Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the entire project lifecycle, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.
As a Developer Relations Program Manager, you will be driving the Game Device Certification process across the Android Ecosystem Engage with device OEMs and SoC design/manufacturers to educate them on upcoming requirements. This will entail working with the GameSDK/DevTech teams in Android to create workloads demonstrating device support. You will also drive the automation and scaling process of device test infrastructure to support game device certification.
In this role, you will design and implement the hardware device certification program for Android Gaming, including hiring the team, designing the software tests and automation, and building out device labs. You will work with our SoC and OEM partners and game developers to move the android hardware ecosystem into a place where gaming devices have well-understood requirements around performance and capability.
