Our team is focused on building new OSS and BSS/CRM platforms to scale Access business in the following areas: Network/service/device management OSS platform, ticketing and workflow, management and subscriber touchpoint management, address lifecycle and network inventory management, unified Google/Salesforce CRM platform Dispatch, asset management, appointment scheduling, and billing systems for supporting cross-functional operations.
