The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Google's global network, web-scale data centers and software infrastructure. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners.

As a Web Solutions Engineer for Google Cloud, lots of tooling is required. You'll work to fill the feature gap between both off-the-shelf tools and internal Google tools that allow engineers to troubleshoot complex production problems.

Web Solutions Engineers work on enhancing our support platform that provides tailored views of Cloud Support systems to different users, and stores data for automating workflows by developers.

In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Deployment teams to identify needs to improve the product's vision and to make Google customers successful. By applying your in-depth technical experience, you will develop a deep understanding of, and drive enhancements for, Google's services architecture.
