Job Description

As a Program Lead on the Threat Detection and Response (TDR) team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Program Managers who deliver YouTube Security's scaled threat detection, assessment and mitigation efforts. You will develop domain expertise across the breadth of the program and drive strategic design of TDR workflows. You will also lead broad initiatives, plan and track launch schedules, and oversee tactical delivery of improvements to Google's threat management processes.

In this role, you will routinely brief and update senior executives and other stakeholders on the program, and manage escalations. You will build and leverage effective relationships across YouTube and Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS), ensuring clear lines of communication and a comprehensive approach to security and resilience. This role will report to the Global Lead for Threat Detection and Response under the YouTube Director of Security.

From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
