The Cloud Billing, Security and Identity (BSI) Support Team delivers "One Google" support experience for customers and partners and guarantees secure, predictable and uninterrupted access to Google's resources.
You will be responsible for developing and executing on the customer support strategies and providing technical support for our customers. This job combines a high degree of technical capability, strategy, operations, program management and execution to grow and scale our Cloud Support services and team. In this role, you will be leading Cloud Support team members including, but not limited to, Support Operations, Product Lifecycle Management and Cloud Support for G Suite, Cloud Platform, Devices and Maps.
