You swiftly problem-solve technical issues for customers to show how our products can make businesses more productive, collaborative, and innovative. You work closely with a cross-functional team of web developers and systems administrators, not to mention a variety of both regional and international customers. Your relationships with customers are crucial in helping Google grow its Google Cloud business and in bringing our product portfolio into companies around the world.
As a Networking Specialist, you will help customers build out their Google Cloud network infrastructure, entailing guiding customers on how to configure and deploy their VPC architecture, hybrid cloud connectivity, load balancing, network security and more. You'll consult with customers on how to best design, deploy and optimize their cloud network for high availability, reliability, performance and scalability in different parts of the world. You will travel to customer sites periodically to deploy solutions and deliver workshops to educate and empower customers. You will work hand-in-hand with Google Cloud's strategic partners to design and perfect end-to-end solutions. You will also support customer's migration to Google Cloud and help them to expand their cloud footprint by enabling them to reach more customers, employees and partners. Additionally, you will work closely with Product Management and Product Engineering to drive excellence in Google Cloud products and features.
In this role, you are the Network Engineer working with Google Cloud's strategic customers. Together with the Google Cloud migration team, you will support customer implementation of Google Cloud products through architecture guidance, best practices recommendations, capacity planning, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring and more.
