Program Accountabilities
* Partner with senior SIS leadership, hiring managers, finance, HR business partners and Talent Acquisition on the demand planning for full-time and intern hires. Create and maintain the framework necessary to execute against this demand plan.
* Track and manage program analytics - use data to make strategic decisions and modify programming
* In the US:
* Create strategic campus teams, led by executive sponsors, and execute campus strategy in partnership with these teams
* Collaborate with executive business and talent acquisition leaders to program manage all aspects of university recruiting, from campus strategy to offer, hire, and onboarding
* Help plan and execute marketing campus events to build and solidify Dell's brand on priority campuses
* Define and lead efforts to match interns with appropriate business units and teams and guide hiring managers to select fulltime candidates in a timely manner
* Outside of the US:
* Partner with local managers and Talent Acquisition to meet deadlines for on-campus hiring and candidate selection
* Help implement recommendations to grow UR programs globally
* Plan and manage US intern events. Examples include executive brownbag series, social events, and intern final presentations
* Meet regularly with US interns to check on their progress during internship
* Manage off-boarding and full-time offer process for interns at end of summer
* Develop project plans/schedules, define project requirements, manage communications and report project status
* Responsible for achieving project objectives, while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
* Regularly review current processes to identify program enhancements. Improve program through external benchmarking and gathering lessons learned.
Requirements
* Undergraduate degree with 8-10 years relevant experience
* Significant program management experience - ability to work collaboratively across teams in a highly matrixed environment to ensure deliverables are met, schedule is followed, and roadblocks are cleared in a timely fashion to provide successful outcomes
* Strong ability to communicate clearly, in both written and oral forms, with senior executive leadership
* High level of detail-orientation - as this role has oversight into metrics used to report progress up to senior leaders, the ability to manage data with high level of accuracy is critical
* Experience in talent management, recruiting or organizational development
