We are looking for an enthusiastic UX Designer to join our fast-growing startup team (Campus.com) looking to disrupt the education technology space. At Campus.com, we are building a multi-tenant experience platform to attract a diverse learner population to our platform and keep them returning for life-long use.

In this role you will be among the first members of the design team, where you will directly help to shape how the team operates and grows.

Help drive the design process through concept development, validation, Lo-Fi wire framing and final Hi-Fi interface designs. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. Collaborate closely with product and engineering to translate business and customer needs into engaging user experiences. Help build, document and organize the UI components of our design system. Requirements You have 5-7 years of experience with end-to-end product design for both mobile and web. You are analytical, can easily grasp user needs and creatively solve problems. You have a successful UX portfolio and you're super proud of the user engagements. You are masterful in design software and have knowledge of HTML/CSS You can thoughtfully plan and diagram experience flow maps, then turn those into engaging and simple Hi-Fi interface designs. You can bounce back and forth between cross platform experiences and interfaces (Web, iOS, Android). You constantly crave pixel perfection but understand the importance of speed, deadlines and iteration.Benefits
