UAT Test Lead - Multiple Locations

Job Description

Position Highlights:

* Leads and/or participates in the user acceptance testing process following procedures to ensure that all company standards and end-user requirements are met


* Recognizes and identifies areas where user acceptance testing processes and procedures need to be changed or developed


* Provides status reporting to stakeholders. Involves senior management, as needed, to resolve deficiencies or compliance issues in a timely manner


* Communicates and endorses strict adherence to methodologies, processes, and standards


* Works closely with business line customers to ensure quality expectations are understood and met


* Reports on acceptance testing initiatives and collaborates with managers to ensure quality objectives are being attained


* Schedules and prioritizes work and activities to meet target schedule, quality and scope



Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
* Eight or more years of experience in project management, and computer technology applications and analysis

Preferred Skills/Experience

* 8 years of experience in acceptance testing.


* At least 4 years of experience with the processes, tools, techniques and practices for assuring usability of systems and to confirm existing and new business functionality of systems


* Experience implementing and executing automated testing processes


* Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations


* Understanding of a variety of project management and testing methodologies/procedures


* Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results


* Ability to use PC software including word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and presentation software packages


* The position needs strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills


* Ability to work as part of a project team
