Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst II (s) are directly involved with the assurance and improvement of the quality of our applications as part of the software development life cycle. These people are key team member(s) and will work closely with TA's and Vendor Dev teams to release quality releases that are production ready and defect free. They will help the entire team in delivering high quality software that is tested to the full test cycle including extraction of testable acceptance criteria based on requirements documents and stakeholder feedback, determining the testing strategy, creating test plans, creating test passes, estimation efforts and reporting the progress. This is a manual testing role TFS for tracking and execution purposes.
* Experienced Test Professional, being self-managing, requiring minimal supervision and quick to pick up new skills. * Maintain a current understanding of BSA/AML policies, industry best practices. * Strong communication skills with a pragmatic and pro-active attitude. * Demonstrated commitment to quality with a passion their work. * Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills and an ability to come up with simple solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate is exploratory in nature, not fixed and can think on their feet. * Strong technical background -- the ability to understand, expand and improve the testing strategies as well as contribute to the ongoing Continuous Improvement and Continuous Delivery initiatives is a strong plus. * Ability to independently develop overall test strategies; develop detailed test plans and test cases including scripts, test data, and expected results; execute test plans; track and report defects identified.
