Provides Tier 3 services to operate and maintain the security infrastructure and services of the FBI enclaves which deliver the two-factor authentication for users accessing FBI IT resources. This includes administration and operational engineering of the RSA SecurlD web applications and rPath Linux servers that the FBI uses to: (1) distribute RSA securiD tokens (both hard and soft); (2) register users receiving the security tokens; (3) assign passcodes and PIN numbers to registered users; and (4) identify and authorize users via multi-factor controls (e.g. passcode + PIN number) for access to FBI IT systems, such as Outlook e-mail
