Tririga/IWMS (Technical/Functional) - Manager

Work you'll do

As a Manager in Real Estate Technology, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement real estate technology solutions, including IBM TRIRIGA and Deloitte LeasePoint. Manager level responsibilities include: defining and documenting key client business issues, understanding where and how real estate technology can be leveraged to address such business issues, and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall strategy, system selection or implementation engagement. You will be expected to implement and oversee the quality of deliverables, effectively manage the functional and technical team, support functional tracks of the system implementation and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance. Managers also participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

At the Manager level, we are looking for individuals with experience in:

* Real estate technology strategy development (including business case development and implementation road map design)
* Real estate technology vendor selection or solution evaluation
* Functional knowledge of IWMS solutions such as IBM TRIRIGA and Manhattan
* Technical knowledge of implementing and optimizing Lease Admin and Lease Accounting Solutions as well as Transaction Management, Capital Projects, and Operations and Maintenance Solutions
* Leading functional and technical teams in the design and implementation of real estate technology solutions

Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

Qualifications

Manager Qualifications

Required:

* A Bachelor's degree and 8-10+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in corporate real estate and facilities management is required.
* At least 6 years of experience managing large technology IWMS engagements (Tririga, Manhattan, Lease Admin.)
* A minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations
* Experience dealing with large, complex real estate portfolios and organizations.
* A proven track record of successfully delivering professional services.
* Strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* The ability to travel up to 80-100%.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

* An advanced degree in real estate or related field
* Strong presentation skills and an effective management presence
* Eagerness to mentor and counsel junior staff
* Experience and understanding with robotic process automation, including vendors such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
* Familiarity with information technologies and platforms: such as legacy ERP, cloud software services, and customer services applications.
* Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes
