Description

SAIC is building a team to migrate, implement and launch Microsoft Project Online for the National Institute of Health.

The Training Analyst develops, directs, plans and evaluates training programs or activities to meet NIH learning objectives for the transfer of their Project Management Scheduling from local client-based, MS Project to Cloud-based, Project Online. Assignments may include needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments. Collaborates with NIH to develop, enhance, and/or evaluate new or existing learning objectives and course content. May create course content, training materials, visual aids and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, computer-based training (CBT), and/or web-based training (WBT). Monitors and evaluates training programs, assesses results, and implements enhancements as needed.

The successful candidate is knowledgeable of use and application of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts and principles. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.

Qualifications

This position requires remote/telework. On occasion, candidate will need to travel in to the client sites for meetings

* Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience


* Experience in Training/curriculum development


* Experience in the delivery of training topics


* Experience with migrations and training techniques associated with evolving technology


* Strong understanding of Microsoft Project and Project Online
