SAIC has a contingent opportunity for a Training Analyst to support the Army Sharp Ready and Resilient Directorate Training Support contract. This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located in Arlington, VA.

The training analyst will monitor seat and R2PC utilization for scheduled and adhoc courses/events that are conducted at a R2PC (and Performance Experts in the field). The training analyst shall provide comprehensive analysis, assessments, and development of measurable outcomes in support of SR2 training and education programs. This includes the development and coordination of an institutional effectiveness (IE) feedback loop, with inference regarding analysis, assessments, and measurable outcomes. The training analyst shall review surveys and ensure trends are briefed for corrective action and quality control.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in training and development, human resources, education, instructional design, or a related field

At least five years' experience working with the military.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

Must have an active Secret clearance
