Lead the team responsibilities for supporting, maintaining stability for prod systems, and ensuring BAU is assigned to the qualified analyst in a timely manner. Ensure the team are following agreed processes, enforce best practices, and hold analyst's accountable for their actions. To assist app support manager in executing strategy for the team as well as maintain good communications with our business partners.
* Ensure all applications supported by TAP are maintained to the highest possible standards with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency • * Lead day-to-day operations of TAP in North America * Lead the team in change management meeting, configurations changes requests, and prod releases * Communicate all incidents / outages to stakeholders * Assist the team in problem analysis and resolutions for complex issues incidents / outages, in conjunction with users and external vendors where necessary * Lead the team in escalations to the business / stakeholders / IT partners * Help the team achieve their team/personal goals * Help the team create & maintain team/individual projects list * Create and maintain 1/1 schedule for all direct reports on biweekly basis * Help the team in documenting / creating runbook / understand applications, upstream/downstream requirements * Lead the team in automating manual process * Lead the team in enforcing SLA required by the business as needed * Lead the team in conducting post mortem incidents/outage meeting as needed * Lead the team in enforcing RCA (root cause analysis) after every outage / incident in prod * Lead the team in collaborating with others, supporting teams, Core IT, and stakeholders as needed * Assist in determining requirements for dashboard/monitoring/alerting tools needed for all prod applications * Provide leadership and mentoring to team members or peers; ensuring collaborations and alignment between IT and business teams * Anticipate opportunities and can articulate recommendations and suggestions to business and IT
* Knowledge in Linux, Windows * Strong in a scripting language * Strong FIX Protocol knowledge * Knowledge in monitoring and handling alerts * Knowledge in MS SQL and/or Oracle * Calm under pressure * Knowledge working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential * High customer service mentality * Strong interest in process improvement * Strong written and oral communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Self-motivated and strong diagnostic skills
