Description: -Works on multiple projects as a test data manager or as the subject matter expert. -Works on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas, 3rd Party vendors and business segments. -Managing a test data team with onsite and offshore resources. -Coaches and mentors more junior test data staff. -Monitors, evaluates, manages and executes test data management processes to ensure compliance. -Coordinates and facilitates test data activities across projects with test leads. -Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to IT teams on Test Data and processes and educates them on their responsibilities/accountabilities for the purpose of achieving on time and quality deliverables. -Makes recommendations and directs improvements to the Test Data Procurement process. -Managing a team with onsite and offshore resources -Coordinating with all key stake holders to understand the project and their deliverables to ensure their quality providing detailed estimates for different phases of the project -Work closely with info security team to safe guard the test data in test environments for all the MUB applications.
