Are you ready for an existing opportunity as a Test Coordinator within a challenging and fun area at H&M IT Logistics?

We are now looking for a Test Coordinator who would like to join an international team of Test Coordinators in our Warehouse Online team. Here you become part of our online expansion and a great team that is working with lots of cross dependencies, focused on delivering IT-services that support our business to fulfill our company's vision. We strive to create effective IT solutions with high quality where you as a Test Coordinator has a key role to ensure quality of the solution delivered from the external provider and the integration between H&M systems.

Your tasks will be a mix of various tasks in the development and test phases in a release. It includes preparation, coordination and driving tests to completion. You are responsible for following guidelines and way of working when it comes to documentation of test scenarios and result. The assignment will require close collaboration with Suppliers and other functions within your delivery area like Solutions Architects, Requirements, as well as leaders within IT and Business. You will also work in close collaboration with other Test teams.

We are looking for you who have experience of work with tests and that are used to independently drive the development of tests, in large and complex areas with many contacts both internally and externally. You enjoy working in a fast pace environment. are solution oriented and flexible. You will work with internal and external stakeholders from IT and Business, and with our external partners, and it´s important that you are good at communicating.

The position is based in Stockholm and travel abroad is to be expected.

Your responsibilities

The job as a Test Coordinator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

* Test all new and existing functionality within the supply chain/Logistic process from purchase to pay and order to cash including reports


* Review and evaluate the test coverage


* Define the appropriate tests


* Identify and specify the required test data


* Support in the review and sign-off of test scenarios provided by the external suppliers


* Investigate and establish the points of contact list for H&M systems testers and technical support


* Evaluate the outcome of the testing


* Report deviations in the test tool

* Experience from working with:


* RRC, RTC, RTM, ALM, JIRA or similar tools


* MS Office


* MS Visio


* Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
