Job Description

As a Test Automation Engineer at Castlight, you will design and execute testing strategies. You will be part of the team focused on developing a platform for personalizations/recommendations for users. You will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and maintaining test plans and test cases for current and upcoming projects. The position requires working directly with development teams, product managers, and other shared services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, infrastructure, and web services.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of professional experience testing enterprise products.
* Experience testing web services (REST)
* Experience with UI Automation testing with Selenium or similar tool.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and database programming.
* Working knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
* Developing software and testing solutions in an Agile environment
* Great communication and problem-solving skills.
