Job Description

Engility is seeking a Test Analyst II. Available locations to work in are Stafford, VA, Dahlgren, VA, and/or Edgewood, MD.

A qualified candidate will perform the following responsibilities, but are not limited to:

* Develop and maintain all T&E documentation in support of the program including but not limited to Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Detailed Test Plans, etc.
* Provide T&E input into program documentation including, but not limited to, the Life Cycle Cost Estimate, the Life Cycle Management Plan, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Test and Evaluation Strategy, Systems Engineering Plan, etc.
* Respond to T&E inquiries and tasks assigned by the program manager.
* Participate and provide input to program functional Integrated Product Teams (IPT), In-Process Reviews, Milestone Decisions, and required program updates.
* Assist the lead test engineer in executing test readiness reviews and program level IPTs.
* Provide verification methods and track verification results for the assigned program's Requirements Traceability Matrix and update as necessary.
* Provide test risks in accordance with the program Risk Management Plan and update risk status as necessary.
* Construct and maintain a Test and Evaluation integrated master schedule for the assigned program and update as necessary.
* Provide test and evaluation analysis to the product manager or lead test engineer.
* Translate program test requirements into language for a Performance Specification, Scope of Work, and associated Contract Data Requirements List for material solution solicitation and update as necessary.
* Assist in conducting and managing assigned test events.
* Provide test and evaluation analysis, including, but not limited to application of Army, Air Force and Naval Aviation concepts of operation to rotary and fixed wing flight and laboratory test planning, to the product manager or lead test engineer.
* Manage test asset and component inventories, including maintaining configuration and test history records by test asset serial number.
* Available for travel up to 80% of working days to execute all required tasks.
* Conduct and manage assigned test events.
* Coordinate rotary wing/fixed flight test planning and execution, including but not limited to securing all applicable safety releases and flight clearances with the Army, Air Force and Naval Aviation rotary/fixed wing flight test community and airworthiness authorities.
