KPMG is currently seeking a Temporary Associate, Deskside Support Services to join our Digital Nexus technology organization for a two-month assignment.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality second-level service of the technology environment, manage Fusion incident tickets, and provide desktop services and asset management
* Provide intermediate-level network troubleshooting and services, desktop/laptop troubleshooting and services, and participate in IT process development and documentation efforts
* Oversee operating procedures, configurations, and documentation for local office hardware and software, adhering to national standards
* Pro-actively communicate with customers, from analysis through resolution, to keep them informed of status; provide follow-up upon resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
* Test and deliver patches, product releases, and other firm-supported upgrades and enhancements

Qualifications:

* Minimum one year of experience in Information Systems, supporting office technology and desktop support
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Experience in diverse infrastructure technologies including desktop, applications, LAN, WAN and servers with ability to provide hands on and remote troubleshooting, support and resolution of technology issues across several offices in a geographic area
* Ability to travel and provide on-call coverage on nights and weekends, as needed
* Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, organizational and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; Ability to build productive relationships with peers
* US Citizenship is required
