Job Description

* Work alongside the Marketing team and departments to migrate legacy system data into a new intranet.
* Analyze client's business requirements and processes.
* Assist departments with configuration and troubleshooting during their implementation.
* Assist the departments with initial site creation and migrate data from old intranet as needed.
* Migrate new and old data received from departments in a consumable format for the purposes of displaying on new intranet.
* Assist with training department users on how to use new intranet.
* Ability to interface with clients about requirements, set proper expectations and establish needs regarding department sites.
* Communicate process successes and failures to Marketing team to identify potential areas of improvement.
* Participate, when needed, in client facing calls to set proper expectations and establish needs regarding department sites.
