Job Description

Your Role

As a Telecom Analyst in the Firmwide Resources Technology Studio; it's your opportunity to manage and maintain our telecommunications vendors and services globally. Leverage your expertise to improve and implement services, internal processes, project management and reporting, while managing costs. Build relationships around the globe while supporting our firm's telecommunications services.

What You Will Do

* Manage documentation and inventory of voice, data and mobile circuits and services
* Oversee billing and payment approval & allocation of telecom charges
* Coordinate installation of new services globally
* Select mobile service end user support opportunities
* Collaborate with other technology staff members on new and improved solutions
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
* Build vendor relationships and negotiate vendor contracts
* Manage small to medium sized projects, including new service roll-outs

Your Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 3 years' experience in IT/Telecom
* Knowledge of provisioning, installing, extending and activation of data circuits and media types (MPLS, DIA, Point-to-Point, Fiber/Copper)
* Contract and pricing negotiation skills
* Detail oriented, with organizational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize multiple and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently, and within a team in a in a matrix environment
* International telecom experience a plus
* • Willingness to work past normal business hours for circuit turn ups and repair.
