The Telecom Provisioner (L11) will design, provision, and groom DS0 and DS1 circuits in telecom wireline networks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Audit DS0 and DS1 circuits to determine current design and future path availability
* Create and submit appropriate ASRs to initiate LEC actions
* Utilize telecom provisioning systems (e.g. PC, TCOMS, F&E, etc.) to track all activities during the provisioning, testing, and disconnect process
