We Innovate. We Create. We Collaborate Axioma is currently seeking a qualified Associate, Implementation Specialist to join our team as a full-time employee based in our New York office. Next to extensive technical expertise, a successful candidate will have a strong educational and professional background in quantitative finance.

Responsibilities

* Work with customers and prospects as needed to effectively communicate the in-depth technical benefits, architecture and requirements of Axioma products• Provide guidance on technical best practices, assist clients with implementation and infrastructure planning around the integration and deployment of Axioma products• Assist support, sales, implementation and product specialist teams as needed during the POC/Trial/Onboarding process to answer critical technical, infrastructure, performance and deployment questions• Understand the product features, interfaces, examples, API test cases and existing client implementations• Write code for POC's, use-case & case-study example code and as part of client project implementations• Investigate performance and scalability issues in collaboration with the product development team and the client• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams to assist clients in workflow and implementation planning in collaboration with the product development team• Provides demos, webinars and training sessions on API features, performance and integration capabilities• Collaborate with development team on the product architecture, feature prioritization and review changes as product releases come out• Gather feedback from technical users and work closely with development team to ensure it is understood and prioritized for future enhancements to workflow and implementation ease

Qualifications

* Relevant college/master's degree (Science, Math, Engineering, Finance)• 4+ years of programming experience, preferably within the financial services domain • Knowledge of REST Web services, Java, C# or Python highly valued• Open to learn about other technologies, quant financial services/theory/content and project management• Excellent communication and presentation skills, service-oriented mind-set• Self-starting, inquisitive, thorough and strong problem-solving skills• Able to travel 10%-30% of the timeCompensation• Competitive salary • Full benefits package • Performance-based annual bonus
