Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

* Manage the details of a complex project that spans across multiple regions, business units, and/or service lines
* Define and implement the approach and plan including inter-dependencies, resource planning and critical success factors
* Maintain effective working relationship with internal customers, project teams and stakeholders, contractors and suppliers
* Ensure project workstreams are effectively defined and aligned to the overall program
* Manage the key inter-dependencies within the program and those external to the program
* Manage changes in program direction, scope, costs and timing
* Provide direction for all program level risks and issue
* Implement and manage the governance to ensure effective reporting and communication
* Provide leadership, governance and management control of the project managers delivery projects within the program
* Comply with and maintain standardized project or program management processes
* Manage financial budgets for projects (ie. invoice tracking and capex time tracking)
* Monitor and report project status and financials
* May coordinate & facilitate regular project review meetings
* Coordinates IT support resources across multiple brands, divisions, and departments, local and remote locations

Solution Management

* Demonstrate understanding through verbal and written communications of the strategic imperatives, business capabilities, operating model and technology needs
* Partner with stakeholders to formulate and implement technology programs that will contribute to revenue and profit growth, client satisfaction, competitive positioning and operational effectiveness
* Develop and maintain knowledge and relationships focused on providing technology solutions related to the CRE industry
* Facilitate the management, planning and governance of technology demand prioritization within assigned business areas so that delivery is coordinated and optimized
* Lead through uncertainty, leveraging iterative and agile principals to guide our colleagues to identify and test key decision points that are critical to delivering the intended business outcomes
* Identify ways to adapt and reuse existing solutions to solve new problems, to create new products and to provide new services
* Help extend service delivery processes, technology and information solutions across service lines in support of general client satisfaction and service level consistency
* Coordinate planning closely with GTS stakeholders including the local and global program management offices
* Craft, clarify or and/or articulate business cases for proposed solutions
* Ensure change management and adoption strategies and plans are in place
* Demonstrate the right level of functional and subject matter expertise for all solutions deployed in own service line and/or region
* Work with relevant GTS colleagues and third-party partners to design products by identifying requirements and thinking critically about what will make it successful
