Overview

Inovalon, Inc., seeks Technology Ops Specialist for multiple openings.

Responsibilities

* Build and generate reports, scripts, packages using T-SQL, SSRS, and Excel, and Word;
* Monitor the data reporting process with a high level of precision;
* Configuring the parameters, scheduling, and monitoring recurrent processing runs;
* Diagnose and address Operational Data Requests;
* Provide Tier II support to the Inovalon's in-house products and special projects to help develop and maintain project artifacts;
* Extract, transform, and populate data files and databases;
* Develop user flow diagrams, acceptance test plans, process flows, interface flows, and ad hoc reports;
* Produce standard monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics reports for internal program monitoring and client reporting; and
* Identify automation and enterprise consolidation of data used in business process improvement metrics reports for the organization.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study, plus at least 2 years of experience in the job offered or IT-related occupation. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of experience, Employer is willing to accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related, plus at least 1 year of experience in the job offered or IT-related occupation; and
* All applicants must have at least 1 year of experience with: (1) delivering, developing, scripting, and coding; (2) testing business functions; and (3) Microsoft SQL server (SSRS, SSMS, and SSIS).
