Wanted: Senior Developers To Help Us Build Tomorrow's Enterprise

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for individual software development based on high level specifications and also be able to guide junior team members. You will be part of a highly dynamic agile team where you will participate in design and development stories. You will also engage with other cross-functional teams to support external testing activities. You may be required to participate in architecture white-boarding discussions or present your point of view. You will have the opportunity to develop value-adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Plano, TX. This position may require 10% travel

Qualifications

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
* At least 6 years of experience in Software Design & Development using Java/J2EE.
* At least 2 years of experience in RESTful Microservices development using Spring Boot framework.
* Experience writing automation tests using Mockito or other test frameworks.
* At least 2 years of experience in development using Cloud based services. AWS or Azure preferred.
* At least 1 year experience with any NoSQL database, preferably MongoDB.
* Understanding of CICD processes and experience with any CICD toolset.
* Should be able to demonstrate use of Software Engineering Principles in software development.
* Should be able to demonstrate use of multiple quality controls to deliver good quality software.
* Good Analytical and Communication skills

Preferred

* Experience with Telematics, Connected Car or IoT.
* Understanding of various mechanisms to secure web services.
* Exposure to serverless development using scripting languages such as NodeJS or GoLang.
* Experience in UI development using Javascript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS etc.
* Experience with Agile software development methodology
* Ability to conduct root cause analysis, triage, and document issues.
* Ability to document ES (Engineering Specification), FS (Functional Specification)
