In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Location for this position is Irving, TX. This position may require relocation

Qualifications

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

* At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and exposure to technology development projects and the full technology development lifecycle
* 3 years of working experience in development with recent practical experience with business process management (BPM) software like Red Hat JBoss BPM Suite, jBPM, or business rules software like Red Hat JBoss BRMS, Drools.
* 3 years of experience with application servers, e.g., Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP), Wildfly, Oracle WebLogic Server (WLS), or IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
* Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, both with business customers and with fellow IT professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers).
* Strong Core Java, JEE development experience.
* Strong development experience on Rules Engine, preferably Drools
* Strong development experience on BPM tools, preferably JBPM
* Strong development experience in JEE & OO Design Patterns, spring, Hibernate
* Strong development experience is Web Service integration using REST/SOAP.
* Strong development experience in XML/XSTL, JSON, JAXB, JAX-WS, JAX-RS.
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
* Experience in Agile development techniques like Scrum and Test Driven development
