Infosys- MFGADM - Technology Architect/Lead Consultant - US - UX Designer

As a Technology Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. Location for this position is Bellevue, WA. This position may require relocation

Qualifications

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 7 years of IT experience

Preferred

* 7+ years of experience in designing UX for web applications
* User centered / user empathetic design
* Leading, guiding and/or conducting user research
* Experience building data visualization capabilities in emerging web technologies
* Experience working in Lean/Agile software development and rapid iterative design and delivery of products
* Excellent collaboration skills teaming with clients, product managers, developers, fellow designers, and related teams
* Ability to develop visual designs, branding and data visualizations to produce modern, compelling products
* Experience with responsive web design principals and mobile design
* Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and continuously advocate for the end user
* Experience with design software tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud suite

The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
