Infosys is seeking Technology Analyst (PL/SQL Developer) in Addison, TX

In the role of Technology Analyst, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
* Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Addison, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred

* At least 3 years of hands on experience in Oracle PL/SQL
* At least 3 years of experience with star schema/data warehouse data model, multi- dimensional reporting, Oracle stored procedure, packages, functions, ref cursors, dynamic SQLs etc.
* At least 3 years of experience with debugging and looking at existing code for modifications
* At least 3 years of experience with Unix/Linux scripting and batch processing
* At least 3 years of experience using Oracle database
* At least 3 years of experience in PL/SQL development
* At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Forms/Reports
* At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle.
* At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
* Experience in Financial Services domain
* Analytical skills
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
