Responsibilities
* Write user-focused online content that explains key workflows and solutions to our end users * Develop examples and tutorials to show how to deploy our software * Collaborate with cross-functional team members to plan, research, write, and update documentation * Participate in the development of application deployment products, review software requirements and functional designs, provide comments and suggest improvements
Minimum Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.
Additional Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related technical field * Master's plus at least 2 years professional work experience preferred * Exposure to multiple programming languages (C/C++, Java, Python, MATLAB, etc.) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Plusses
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of macros and Visual Basic applications * Experience working with Hadoop * Knowledge of Microsoft .NET and experience with Java and Web development * Experience writing for a technical audience
